Boards of Canada: “Go diagonal!”
A night almost ten years ago, I was on the last subway home when they took it out of service. Among hords of angry night commuters, I stumbled out into the suburb of Mälarhöjden in Stockholm. I’d had enough bad lager for me not to care about winter temperatures and besides, I only lived one station away. I decided I’d walk home. That night I first learned of the important concept of “going diagonal”, as taught by Boards of Canada. Read more
